When you visit VasCare, you can rely on us to provide you with treatment options that are minimally invasive, rather than major surgery modalities, for addressing your vascular disease.
Techniques such as X-ray fluoroscopy, radiofrequency, ultrasound, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) allow for smaller surgery sites, thus little pain, faster healing, faster recovery, lower incidence of complications, and all-around better outcomes.
In fact, we will do our best to return you to wellness with no medical interventions at all, if possible. A wide range of vein diseases such as spider veins, varicose veins, and venous ulcers, as well as peripheral arterial disease (PAD) can sometimes be treated by conservative therapy or simply lifestyle changes.
If you’re a first-time visitor, the doctor will go over your medical history and ask you about the problems you’re experiencing. He will also examine you, so it’s helpful to wear loose fitting clothing to make this easier. You may need to have one or more diagnostic tests, as well.
The doctor will then discuss his treatment recommendations with you, including what you can expect during and after the selected procedure (if applicable), and answer any questions you have. The front desk will then get you scheduled for a follow-up visit, whether it’s to have your procedure done or to check on your progress.
Patients can request appointments, communicate with VasCare staff, review medical records, and download new patient forms in our easy-to-use patient portal.
